L K. W. AU Age 55, of Honolulu, passed away on July 22, 2017 in Stanford, CA. He was a '79 graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy. He earned a B.A., cum laude, from Ouachita Baptist University and a J. D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He was the Division Chief for the Industrial Safety and Workers' Compensation Division for the City and County of Honolulu. He is survived by his wife Camille; son Austin; daughter Shayna; mother Mildred; sisters Sharry (Tony) Frascarelli and Wendy Andrews. He is predeceased by his father Allen. The family thanks his many friends for their kind thoughts and prayers. Visitation: 10:00 am; Services: 11:00 am on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at University Avenue Baptist Church. Casual attire. No flowers.

87, of Honolulu, a retired accountant manager for First Hawaiian Credit Corp., passed away on July 17, 2017 at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by her husband, Frank; son, Marvin; daughter Cindy; sister, Olive Fujimoto; and by six grandchildren. Visitation is at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. The service is at 6:00 p.m. Casual attire.

92, of Honolulu passed away on June 23, 2017 in Honolulu. She was born in Kapoho, Hawaii. She retired from the Outrigger Hotel. Preceded in death by husband, Horace Hikaru Awa, she is survived by her son, Clayton A. (Karen); daughters, Sandra Kekina (Rodney), and Colleen Tuck (Mark); grandchildren, Lance Koyanagi, Kristen, Kelsey, Kacie Awa, and brother, Yutaka Shimasaki (Kay). Private Services were held.

94, of Aiea, a WWII Army veteran with the 442nd RCT, K Co., former singer (as "Richard" Endo) with the Ayame and Sakura orchestras, and retired accountant and auditor for the Hawaii State Department of Accounting and General Services, passed away on July 13, 2017 in the VA Center for Aging. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, daughters, Audrey (Dr. Eugene) Lee and Elaine Endo; brother, Harry Endo; sisters, Laura Muneno and Irene (Bob) Umphress; and grandchildren, Alex, Candace and Will. Visitation is at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. The service is at 10:00 a.m. No flowers and no monetary gifts.

82, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on July 7, 2017. He was a retired produce clerk and was born in Kilauea, Kauai. Larry is survived by wife, Harriet; sons, Keith (Lynn) of Reno, NV, Kevin (Karlyne) and Karl (Mayo); daughters, Gale (Joey) Smith of Athens, AL and Anne (Steven) Tao; 8 grandchildren, one great grandchild; sisters, Yaeko Hamasaki and Violet Hamada and was predeceased by parents, Yoneichi and Misao Sadanaga. Visitation: 5:00 pm. Services: 6:00 pm on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Casual attire.

92, of Honolulu passed away on July 4, 2017. He was born in Honolulu, and was a photo engraver for the Honolulu Advertiser and Star Bulletin for 42 years. He also served as the President of the local photo engravers union in Honolulu and became the Vice-President when the union merged to become the LPIU Hawaii Local 201 in 1964. He is survived by his wife, Ana; son, Jon, and daughters, Linda Wang (Frederick) and Wendy Machida (Roy); 6 grandchildren; sisters, Rose Teruya and Bow Chu Goto. Visitation 10 am on Monday, August 14, 2017 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services will be held at 11 am. Burial to follow at 1 pm.
