86, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2017 after a brief illness. She was born in Kagoshima Japan. She is survived by sons Chester (Jeanean), Johnny, and daughter Julie (Bob) Sagami, 8 grand- children and 1 great-grandchild. 1918 - 2017 Age 98, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2017 in Pearl City, surrounded by her family. She was born on October 2, 1918 in Waipahu to Imata and Rakuyo Yamamoto, the eldest of eight children. She retired from Dole Corporation and Nishi Catering. She loved to cook, sew, and travel with the family. She will always be remembered for her loving smile and genuine care for others. Preceded in death by her husband, Tadayoshi. She is survived by her sons, Richard (Joanne), Albert, Raymond; grandsons, Scott, Grant; brothers George Yamamoto (Asako), Walter Yamamoto (Cathleen), and sister Alice Sakuma. Wallace Hideo Mikami

82, passed away on September 18 and is survived by his wife, Lolita Mikami and sisters, Marian Asato, Beatrice Mikami and brother Edward Mikami. Other survivors include a niece and nephew, Wendy Kawamoto and Dwight Asato. He is also survived by his stepdaughter, Noelle Stettner. He served in the Air Force as a computer programmer/mathematician and also for the State of Hawaii in the Department of Human Services for 30 years.
