38, of Maui, passed away on May 2, 2017 at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu. He was born in Wailuku, Maui. He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Cynthia; and by sisters, Stacy Miyazono and Laurie (Darren) Kameda-Doi. Private services were held.
