85, an Army veteran and retired medical technologist for the Hawaii State Hospital, passed away on July 10, 2017 at Aloha Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; daughter, Sandra (Bryan) Sakka; grandson, Brandan; brothers, Thomas (Crystelle) and George; and sisters, Mikie Karimoto and Matsue Ono. Private services were held.
