73, of Honolulu, a retired senior tax collector for the State of Hawaii, passed away on December 18, 2019 at home. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by her husband, Melton; son, Brian; brother, Roy (Gladys) Kasai; and by three grandchildren. Private services were held.
